The following steps is to show how easy it is to book your China hotel via our web,
Step1: Search your hotel and fill up the reservation form
When we receive your booking request, we will assign one of our experienced travel experts to work with you and contact with the hotel under your request.
Step 2: Sending our confirmation or recommendation reply within 24 hours
If the hotel have room available, the confirmation letter (with the attachment of Credit Card Payment Form) will be send within 24 hours.
If the hotel is fully booked, we will send the alternative hotel options and ask for your approval before securing the booking within 24 hours. If you fill in the second choice in the reservation form, we will keep on contacting with the next hotel.
Step 3: Accept our confirmation and send us the Payment Form
When you received our confirmation, please fill in the attachment of Credit Card Payment Form, then fax/e-mail it to us.
When we receive your Payment Form, We assume that you confirmed all the information in the confirmation letter.
Step 4:Finalize your booking and charge from credit card
when we received your valid credit card payment form，the finalized reservation mail will be send to inform you that the hotel has kept the room for you in advance and the date Back of China will arrange to charge.

In order to guarantee your booking, the valid credit card information is a required procedure in our reservation form. (All of your credit card information will keep confidential and never release to the third part)
When we receive your booking request, we will assign one of our experienced travel experts to work with you and contact with the hotel under your request. Please note that we’ll not charge until your reservation is finalized.
Step 2: Sending our confirmation or recommendation reply within 24 hours
If the hotel have room available, the confirmation letter (with the charge date of Credit Card) will be send within 24 hours.
If the hotel is fully booked, we will send the alternative hotel options and ask for your approval before securing the booking within 24 hours. If you fill in the second choice in the reservation form, we will keep on contacting with the next hotel.
Step 3: Finalize your booking and charge from credit card
Your reservation is finalized when you received our confirmation, which means that the hotel has already kept the room in advance under your credit card guarantee and the bank of china will arrange to charge if we don’t receive your questions or amend mail within 3 working days.
